Each client receives their own contract. This page describes general policies—it's not a contract. All engagements are negotiated individually with scope, deliverables, and terms defined in writing before work begins.
Privacy
- + Data: Name, email, project details from contact form
- + No tracking: No cookies, analytics, or third-party scripts
- + Deletion: Request removal anytime
Workpapers & Deliverables
- + Your property: Workpapers and scripts delivered are yours
- + No retention: Evidence deleted post-engagement
- + Your systems: Work done within your environment
Testing & Automation Disclaimer
- + Testing scripts and automation outputs require review before use
- + Engagement manager / senior review remains your responsibility
- + Not audit opinions—supports your testing, not replaces it
