Each client receives their own contract. This page describes general policies—it's not a contract. All engagements are negotiated individually with scope, deliverables, and terms defined in writing before work begins.

Privacy

  • • Data: Name, email, project details from contact form
  • • No tracking: No cookies, analytics, or third-party scripts
  • • Deletion: Request removal anytime

Code Ownership

  • • You own it: Full source code ownership upon delivery
  • • No lock-in: No ongoing license fees or vendor dependencies
  • • Your cloud: Deployed to your infrastructure

AI Systems Disclaimer

  • • AI outputs are probabilistic—validate before production use
  • • Not legal, financial, or professional advice—consult appropriate professionals
  • • Systems use third-party AI providers (OpenAI, etc.)—subject to their terms
